Good Morning,

Starting from the thought that the drives are configured correctly and all 
work, there is one problem that we had and might be your problem.

We found that the cleaning of tape drives from netbackup has to be disabled 
with ACS tape drives.
This means both the freq based and tape alert cleanings. The cleaning has to 
be handled only by the ACS library. I do not remember if we found this as a 
netbackup or ACS tech support note, but it was in at least one of them.

Let us know how  you make out.
