NAME
bpgetdebuglog - helper program for backuptrace and restoretrace.
It
can also be useful as a standalone program. It is available for
all
NetBackup server platforms.
SYNOPSIS
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpgetdebuglog remote_machine
[remote_program mmddyy]
DESCRIPTION
If all three arguments are specified, bpgetdebuglog will print to
standard output the contents of the specified debug log file. If
only
the remote_machine is specified, bpgetdebuglog will print to
standard
output the number of seconds of clock drift between the local
machine
and the remote machine. A positive number means that the local
machine
is ahead of the remote machine. A negative number means that the
remote machine is ahead of the local machine.
bpgetdebuglog must be in the <install_path>\NetBackup\bin\admincmd
directory in order to be used by backuptrace and restoretrace.
You must have root administrator privileges to execute this
command.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Copy client logs from master server
Is there a way to copy the NetBackup client logs from the Master server
side? I'm looking for a way to reduce the overhead of going to each
client and gathering specific logs from specific directories for trouble
shooting.
