Stop netbackup client service, on this client - then -
delete all logs on the client under netbackup/logs
and speed up your backups - the argument is larger than 255 charaters so it
is text - just stop the logging -

syslog.  The ltid process seems to hang after this occurs.  I'm working 
on getting debug logs, but has anyone seen this error before?
