[Veritas-bu] ltid error message

I've got a client who's seeing the following ltid error pop up in 
syslog.  The ltid process seems to hang after this occurs.  I'm working 
on getting debug logs, but has anyone seen this error before?

ltid[441]: [ID 714735 daemon.error] Cannot read messages off the message 
queue: Arg list too long
