The Eg i gave was a bit poor becuase the job running at 3.8mbs wasnt 
running during a multiplexed backup.

I've added the performance options now on media servers and master 
server and have seen writes in the bptm log of 60-60MBs which is mad fast.

Normally its doing around 30-40 which is great.
