Don't laugh so hard.  We must keep our archives on disk and tape........

We have setup a policy named listarchive to handle this single mount point. 
This policy has these two schedules:

 archivefull  -3 year retention   -52 week frequency  -fullbackup
 listarchive  -3 year retention   -4 week frequency     -diffinc


We only want the new files on the incrementals because the files 'never'
change.
The problem is that the backup still writes all the files to tape and
generates this message.
How do we get this corrected ?

ve is missing. Backing up everything in /listarchive/arch.
