We've seen this problem occasionally, too. I don't know if the TIR file
was ever written, whether the user or Windows decided to erase it, or
whether this was a new file system and no "full" had been done by NetBackup.
In some of our cases, a new full backup eliminated the problem. In some
of our cases, we didn't need to know of "erased files", and so put the
client in a no TIR policy to work around the problem.
