Has anyone ever seen anything like these in /var/adm/messages when a
media server logs 98 errors (tpreq, error requesting media)?

dismount failure for volser Z00554 on drive aa8770 (ATL device
0xAA8770), completion code =3D 5, Cancelled - Order sequence=0D
