I have an idea, but haven't had this problem.
=20
First note the Job ID of each job. Then stop all NetBackup services and
kill and nbu processes that are still running.=20
=20
Check out %installpath%\netbackup\db\jobs and see if you find files
named JOBID.whatever. If so you should be able to just delete them and
restart the services. When you refresh the activity monitor they should
be gone.=20
=20
This works for hung backup and restore jobs. I don't see why it wouldn't
work for vault jobs too.
