Having run out of resources I'm hoping the list can lend me a hand.
I'm in the middle of setting up dedicated SAN for backups with 2 Brocade
2800's and for the life of me I cannot get the 2 switches to join into a
single fabric with either 1, 2 or 3 ISL links between them.
Here's the switch info:
admin> version
Kernel: 5.4
Fabric OS: v2.6.1b
Made on: Thu Aug 14 17:29:18 PDT 2003
Flash: Thu Aug 14 17:29:57 PDT 2003
BootProm: Thu Jun 17 15:20:39 PDT 1999
Here's what the ports that I'm using for ISL show:
port 13: id Online E-Port (segmented,disabled E_Port)
port 14: id Online E-Port (segmented,disabled E_Port)
port 15: id Online E-Port (segmented,disabled E_Port)
Both switches show the same info, and yes, I do have unique domain ID's
for both switches.
Feel free to reply off-list.
Thanks.
