4.5FP5 does, we're using it here in the initial stages.

The big limitation is that NDMP doesn't allow you to send savesets to
disk, just to an NDMP only tape device.  This is a really frustrating
limitation, since we're able to stage all of our other backups to disk
and then we'll vault them to tape during the day.
