Hi,

I have a system running NBU 4.5, backing up a Windows 2000 client (with OTM 
enabled). The backups are failing with the error status 11 - system call failed.

I have tried tuning the OTM cache on the system (as per veritas docs) but the 
problem still occurs, I have found a number of OTM errors, but am unable to 
find 
anything for the below!

01:29:38.975: [1836.696] <2> tar_base::V_vTarMsgW: ERR - OTM Error:0x8000001c 
(WIN32 1110: Unknown error)

Does anybody know what 'Error:0x8000001c' means? I have searched everywhere - 
can anybody help??
