Hi,

Has anyone experienced a similar problem:

We have a window 2000 (sp2) Fujitsu server environment backed up using
NetBackup 4.5 with mp2

The master server is clustered in Microsoft Active Passive mode, all servers
have dual network cards - with one connection to the dedicated backup LAN
and one to a public LAN

Occasionally when backing up the system_state & C:\ of the servers 1 job (
C:\ drive or system_state) will stay active until cancelled by an
administrator. The job details show 'begin writing' but nothing else, this
active job will stay active for many days unless cancelled by an
administrator, and so the tape drive stays in use. If the server is rebooted
then it works fine. But occurs again on a different server

Kind Regards,

Imran Khan
