Hello,
I am having a real nightmare with the backup of SQL2000 on NT.
I created an ODBC and used an account that has access to SQL2k.

Initially, when I kicked the backups off, I was getting a constant status
code of 2.
I tracked this down to the SQL batch file and made the necessary alterations
for my SQL Server.

Now it continues to fail with status 6 - Its implying that the account does
not have permissions to SQL but according to the SQL Guru here, he has given
the account access to backup the DB's

Does anyone have any ideas on a possible way forward?
