Aloui,

You didn't mention how your libraries were connected, but you could 
just define each library as an additional storage unit, or add the SSO
option to each master and media server that has a connection the library.
Again all this depends on how you have your environment implemented. 
Can you give us a bit more info on how these are connected at setup?
ACS control or SSO? Scsi connected, fibre, etc?
