[Veritas-bu] about drive downed

Hello,

this is my second drive that become in down state once
a tape is located in.
I run sgscan and i get the following:
/dev/sg/c4t0l0:key oh, ASC oh, ASCQ oh
SCSI inquiry command failed.
 is there a problem with the scsi link or the drive
itself, 

   any help would be appreciated
