[Veritas-bu] SuperDLT and Netbackup DC 3.4

Yes, we got an earlier model of Qualstar library equipped with 4 SDLT's
(up to 8 can be installed).  After numerous contacts with Qualstar,
Veritas, Quantum, and our vendor, they finally gave us "correct" firmwares
for both library and drives to upgrade to V36.  By the way, the firmwares
has to be upgraded from a PC to our Sun since it is a PC program.
