getting enormous number of cleaning requests on our tape drives
And looks like doesn't matter if tape drives cleaned yesterday or not.

We are still cleaning tape drives manually. 
Still need to replace about 1000 barcodes to get to firmware on libraries 
upgraded to 2.30.
