[Veritas-bu] Adding old robots

Hi
We've dug up some old hardware, two robots, and are trying to add them
as storage devices. We using Netbackup 3.11 on Solaris 2.6. The first
device is a HP Model 200T Optical Disk Library. When we do an "sgscan
all" it comes back with the following:
/dev/sg/c1t0l0: Changer: "HP C1715T"
/dev/sg/c1t1l0: Unknown: "HP C1716T"
/dev/sg/c1t2l0: Unknown: "HP C1716T"
/dev/sg/c1t3l0: Unknown: "HP C1716T"
/dev/sg/c1t4l0: Unknown: "HP C1716T"
It can sense the robot fine. But the drives don't seem to exist as disk
devices - as they have to if they are to be used. Any ideas on how to go
forward ? I tend to think that this hardware just is not supported.
The second robot is an Overland DLT Library. Configuring it up as a TLD
library is straight forward enough but it immedietly downs the drives
when I try to use them. Any ideas ?
/dev/sg/c3t2l0: Changer: "OVERLANDLXB"
/dev/sg/c3t4l0: Tape (/dev/rmt/8): "Quantum DLT4000"
/dev/sg/c3t5l0: Tape (/dev/rmt/9): "Quantum DLT4000"
