Did you recently install patch J0850645? The 134 error weas introduced by
patch 645 and is undocumented. There is a technote with info for fixing
the 134 error. The technote is 235839. I started experiencing the 134
errors as soon as patch 645 was installed. Touching
/usr/openv/volmgr/DISBALBE_RESOURCES_BUSY is the fixed supplied in the
technote. This seems to work on regullary scheduled file system backups.
If it hits a user defined backup such as an Oracle backup it will fail the
backup. I am working with Veritas to resolve that issue.
