I've had these when there was a NFS client issue.
NetBackup tries to parse a directory, and some NFS server is no longer
available, so it hangs.  The Error 41 is the Timeout waiting for data to be
sent back from the client.  Clear the NFS hang, clear the issue.  The client
never complained about the NFS issue for some reason, normally you would see
such errors in /var/adm/messages, but just trying to list the contents of
the directory showed the hang.  'ls -l'

Just a thought, something to look into.
