Obviously the device has not been cleaned because there is an 'orphaned' LOAD 
command which tries to load from Slot 271 which does not exist.

I do not know what is the origin but this is weird. May i suggest you delete 
and reconfigure the jukebox - it should be the easiest way to overcome the 
issue.
