Hi all,

We have NW 7.4A running on SunOS com1ukhn 5.10 Generic_137111-08 sun4v sparc
SUNW,Netra-T2000.
We have configured Sun SL24 jukebox solution.

On Jukebox we have disabled auto cleaning and NW SW is enabled for such action.
Problem occured while one of the devices on Jukebox got cleaned. Cleaning tape
got stacked inside that device/drive and later on nsrjb -Cv command show us
that all tapes went into "unlabeled" state, except one which was at the moment
in device2(drive2). From the daemon and nsr logs not able to figure out
possible reason for such behavior.

Of course, that we have to manually intervene and finally we made action like:
nsrjb ?HHv and nsrjb -I -S 1-23. After that we got normal state.

So, dear forum members, any explanations which might help to understand why
this happen will be appreciated. Parts of the logs below:
