I tried upgrading to 7.6.3 and fixed the media type from 4mm to LTO-3 but I'm
still having issues with scanner.

I tried running the scanner -m command to get the Client name and CID and I get
output below

C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>scanner -m \\.\Tape0
8909:scanner: using '\\.\Tape0' as the device name
8936:scanner: scanning LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3 on \\.\Tape0
8939:scanner: LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3 already exists in the media index
8770:scanner: fn 2 rn 0 read error More data is available.

8770:scanner: fn 2 rn 0 read error More data is available.

8761:scanner: done with LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3

C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>scanner -m \\.\Tape0
8909:scanner: using '\\.\Tape0' as the device name
8936:scanner: scanning LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3 on \\.\Tape0
32350:scanner: adding LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3 to pool TapeBackup
8770:scanner: fn 2 rn 0 read error More data is available.

8770:scanner: fn 2 rn 0 read error More data is available.

8761:scanner: done with LTO Ultrium-3 tape MJ0714L3

The mminfo command pulls up the same kind of output as above.
