This is caused by a missing directory test during new repository
structure creation.

Just mkdir "../data/pxhost" dir, all uncapitalized.
"Data" is a typo in displaied msg. I fixed both already.
or
launch nsr_device_monitor or nsr_library_monitor at least once
before nsr_reporter
