AH. So I was half right - databases are always full backups (and that's
what I usually think of, when I think of SQL backups, not the logs). In
our case, the logs are (I am told) more of a "point in time" sort of
restore, which we don't really utilize. I don't understand it all, but
then, I'm not a DBA. :-)
