I had tried installing the applicable modules on the networker server/storage 
node itself & as you have highlighted unless it detects the relevant product is 
installed it doesn't work (even if you traverse to the install dir & manually 
kick off the tool)

The issue I'm trying to pre-empt is that there are some issues where as a 
backup administrator you don't have direct access to the client, how would you 
then recover module based (SQL/Exch etc ...) save sets ...

Being more familiar with Netbackup, there are some nice features I have noticed 
in Networker, however other aspects such as this seem a bit clunky by 
comparison - need more time to get used to a new beast !
