You've lost persistent binding of the tape drives...
When this happened to us (@7.4.4), Support deleted and re-created the
jukebox entirely from the NMC/GUI...
No jbconfig was used .. They said NMC autodiscovery of the jukebox works
better than using jbconfig... It's been working fine since...
