You can list out the files via nsrinfo and grep, redirect the results
to a file, then feed that file into the recover utility on the client.

Hi,
As the result of an unfortunate accident, all of the directories
called ".AppleDouble"
were deleted from a very large and deep file tree. Is there some
easy way to ask Networker to restore just the ".AppleDouble" ?
(For anyone interested, this is the way netatalk renders the
Appledouble format. If these directories are damaged, Macs can't
tell what program made the file -- well it can be done by file
extension, but that's another topic for another day.)
Thank you in advance.
