Personally, I did not like the idea of zoning our NW server into the ESX
fabric/zone as well as the VTL/Tape zone, so I put it on a separate
server just in case, and was sure to disable automount via diskpart. (no
problems, works like a champ, but could use faster drives or a san lun
for staging vcbs)...
(Just don't mess with windows disk manager on the proxy either - it's
kind of weird/freaky to see all your ESX luns in there showing on
multiple paths!)
