If I were you, I would start by reading the NetWorker Administrator's guide
and the disaster recovery guide. These are both available on
http://powerlink.emc.com

If your budget allows it, consider also signing up for same hands-on
training. Search this list's archives for recommendations on companies that
offer NetWorker training.
