Or get Cygwin which is also free and organizes the whole thing into a nice
shell environment on Windows, along with version management. So many of the
Powerlink solutions are written for Unix shell, it really pays to have
Cygwin or something similar laying around.

Theoretically, if you install the GNU Utils for Win32, this should work as
posted ... haven't tried it myself, altho I do use the them.
