another way then :
stop the service (net stop nsrexecd)
then open a cmd prompt and launch "nsrexecd -D 5"
you will get debug data from nsrexecd and probably will see
the ip that cannot be resolved.

On the client? Yes, I restarted it immediately after making the change, and
it has been restarted multiple times since then, throughout the
troubleshooting process.
