Hello Lisa,
No Exchange Module questions in months, but now two in one day! This
one, unfortunately, does not have as happy an answer.
This is another case of a newer version of Exchange Module behaving
better (4.1 is current) but in this case the better behaviour is that an
error message is logged that the data was not available. The underlying
issue is a bug in Microsoft ExOLEDB that they have declined to fix (MSKB
900962 at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=900962 ) because of their
deemphasis of both ExOLEDB and Public Folders.
Thanks,
_Scott

Subject: [Networker] Public Folder Brick Level backups
I am wondering if anyone else out there has attempted a restore of an
individual contact or DL from a Brick Level backup of your Exchange
Public
Folders using the Networker Module for Exchange? It seems that with
Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 that even though you think you are doing a
good
backup and there are no errors in the log file, you cannot do a restore
of
a contact or DL that are in a PF.
