[Networker] Drive IBM problem

Dear All,
I have problem with drive LTO-II IBM3584 , after jbconfig 5 of 6 drives
problem , when load / label / inventory , the error messages is
"/dev/rmt/... read open error: drive status is There is not a tape in drive"
. Can someone help me ?
Server backup : SunE480 with solaris 8
Library : IBM3584 witch 6 drives
Connection from server to library using fiber cable via brocade
