hello again,

Some ideas ( in a bulk way )

server side :
quota overflow, file-system full, permissions on index file-system
registration: were the nt boxes last registered ( running out of
licence ??? )
are NT boxes alone in their own group, if so try to mix with w2k
clients.

client side:

client software version too old ???

Hope this will help

Francis

Francis,

Yes, the tape pool type is Backup. Yes, it stores Index entries.
This pool includes data from at least 10 Windows 2000 clients and 3
Windows NT 4.0 clients. The index entries are missing from only the
NT 4.0 clients. All others show index entries.

Hello Mark,

Does the tape pool containing your NT boxes is of backup type and if so,
does it store indexes entries ??
