I agree. I did the same tests yesterday, but only as far as mod time
modification and not ctime modification. I figured that might be a
difference so I held off posting. I'm glad I did!

Thanks. This was also unexpected to me. I thought mtime would be
enough. (I suppose it may actually be a case of if either is after the
date.)
