[Networker] NW 6.03 to NW 6.1.1 on Win2k

Hi Networkers

I am investigating the possibility of upgrading from Networker 6.03 to
Networker 6.1.1.

Our entire legato infrastructure is on Windows 2000 SP2 and all the legato
servers are Power edition versions.

Are there any known issues or even vast benefits anyone has come across
whilst or after the upgrade.
