Sounds like you have the old address set in some configuration file(s) 
somewhere.

Run the director in the foreground with -d100.

Run the fd in the foreground with -d100.

Run the sd in the foreground with -d100.

Then run bconsole with -d100 and see what happens.

Oh, and when I say "foreground" I mean use a separate xterm or equivalent.
