Sigh. mtnbkr on IRC helped me out..

Basically, jobs were being canceled for being duplicates, while at the same time incremental/differential backups were being escalated to fulls because the prior job failed. It was a loop of thrashy goodness.

I now have this in my config, should fix it.

Rerun Failed Levels = no and Allow Duplicate Jobs = no
