The 15 Tera are in one directory...so this is just one job. Is it
possible that bacula distributes these among of data on the two drives ?

Not as a single backup job. Bacula does not have the ability to switch or to use more than 1 storage device in a single backup job.

like a "parallel job". For example bacula computes that the first 100
files go on a tape in drive 1, the next 100 files go in drive 2, and so
on...

You can do that with multiple jobs having different filesets.
