[Bacula-users] How to load a tape using its VolumeTag

hi all,,

This is a part of the output of my Tape Library status..

backup-server01:~ # mtx -f /dev/sg4 status
Storage Changer /dev/sg4:1 Drives, 24 Slots ( 1 Import/Export )
Data Transfer Element 0:Empty
Storage Element 1:Full :VolumeTag=W11018L4
Storage Element 2:Empty
Storage Element 3:Empty

I can load and unload the tapes from storage element to Derive and Drive to slot using the command mtx -f /dev/sg4 [load/unload] [storage Element:(1-24)] [Drives:(0)].

My problem is how can i load and unload tapes using its VolumeTag or Barcode?

i am expecting a command like mtx -f /dev/sg4 load [TapeName(using bar code)],

Is it possible or what? some one please reply?
