Do you have a very specific reason for this? You realize that's a full year goes by before you back up. And then you run two backups within a two day period. A full backup on the first right after the 31st of December is almost wasteful I would imagine. You may could get by with a little different setup? A differential on the 1st may be better depending on your situation. Just my two cents worth :)
