Have you inserted new tapes lately? You will get this error for every
never written tape. The reason is the tape drive prevents you from
reading past where it has written and on never written tapes there is
nothing on the tape. Since bacula first reads a tape to identify it
you will get this error each time you insert a never written tape and
bacula looks at it.
