To do that reliably, you would have to assign each host its own Pool.
However ... Are you sure you really want to do this?  using one volume
per host means two things:  Either you ALSO need one Storage device per
host, or you forget about ever running concurrent backups, because a
single Storage device can only EVER have one Volume mounted at one time.
 If you set up Bacula with one volume per host, then you can only ever
have as many jobs running at one time as you have Storage devices.  Is
that really what you want?

This question comes up fairly frequently on the list.  Most of the time,
people who want to do this want to do it for all the wrong reasons and
don't fully understand the implications.
