May be. I partly understand the rational about 'MaxVolBytes' and tapes. 
For 'VolCapacityBytes' however I could not find any information. It 
seems like neither BACULA nor BAT use it. If this is true BAT could use 
it, in case it is not set to 0, to calculate the remaining space on a media.
