These are new volumes to bacula. They were used previously for Veritas 
NetBackup but Bacula has never seen these tapes until recently.

Try erasing 1, removing it from bacula using delete volume and then
relabeling with label barcodes. After the early Full problem I am also
worried about the last written date being 0000-00-00 00:00:00.
