[Bacula-users] forcing tapes to recycle

I am trying to recycle some tapes that have become used.  I have set the status
to append:

..but still when I try to run a job bacula is waiting:

I have tried to stop and start the jobs and restart bacula without succcess.
How can I force bacula to use tapes that have been used, without relabeling
them?
