Looks like you want what is commonly called Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape or D2D2T.

Yes: Copy Jobs and Migration. Set up a storage daemon to use 
file-based volumes, and do your backups there. Then set up a copy or 
migration job - lots of options there - that uses tape as a target, 
and voilà.
