Thanx for the reply. Yes it was changed for privacy. But sure it is same. In 
face the bacula-fd.conf file is taken from a working client machine itself.
What you suspect ??

whats the dns name of the storage daemon ? it is not BACULASERVER, isn't 
it ? i suspect a wrong value for the Address directive in your Storage 
Resource (in the Director config file).
